ENCAForge is a creative writing and story-development product. This policy applies to the public site, account flows, and application features that link to it.

Information we collect automatically. We use first-party visitor-session tracking on our own site. This may include page URLs, referrer information, UTM campaign parameters, browser user agent, a session cookie, and an IP-derived abuse-prevention hash when you submit the contact form.

Search performance data. We use Google Search Console to understand how our site appears in Google Search. Search Console provides site-owner reporting about search queries, clicks, indexing, and related performance information.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve ENCAForge; provide account access; respond to support requests; review inbound inquiries; understand site performance; investigate abuse or misuse; and communicate about the service.

We may also use data in aggregated or de-identified form for product analysis, planning, and service improvement.

We use first-party cookies and similar first-party session mechanisms to remember visitor sessions, support account and authentication flows, attribute inbound visits, and protect the service from abuse.

We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers on the site. We also do not use the visitor-session data described here to serve third-party behavioral ads.

User Content And Private Workspace Data

Projects, story notes, lore, and related account content are stored to provide the product. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information you do not want stored in the product.

If you contact us, we may retain the contents of your message and related metadata as needed to respond, maintain records, and prevent abuse.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
