User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to ENCAForge, including story ideas, drafts, lore, notes, and related materials.

You grant ENCAForge a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to submit the content you provide.

Feedback And Suggestions

If you send ENCAForge feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you, unless separate written terms say otherwise.

Availability And Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of ENCAForge at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature set, integration, or availability level unless separate written terms state otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and take additional steps when appropriate.

Intellectual Property

The ENCAForge service, branding, site design, and software, excluding your content and other third-party materials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you any right to use ENCAForge trademarks, branding, or other protected materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Third-Party Services

ENCAForge may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, authentication, and operational functions. Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

ENCAForge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific need.

Content generation, organizational features, and planning assistance may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular project without your review and editing.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENCAForge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of ENCAForge and its operators for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid, if any, to ENCAForge in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENCAForge and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Applicable Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable laws of the United States, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

If a specific jurisdiction or venue is required for a future commercial relationship, enterprise agreement, or paid plan, that can be addressed in separate written terms.
